Ecommerce development
The storefront is the easy part. Catalogue, inventory, payments, logistics and the offer engine are where ecommerce projects actually succeed or fail.
How this works
Most ecommerce builds run over because the operational side was underestimated — how stock syncs, how returns are handled, how a coupon interacts with a bulk discount.
We scope those first, then build the storefront around them. And because we run performance marketing, the product feed and conversion tracking are built correctly rather than bolted on before launch.
Scope
What is included
Storefront and product experience
Catalogue, search, filtering, product pages and a checkout designed to reduce abandonment on mobile.
Inventory and catalogue management
Bulk upload, variants, stock sync and pricing rules your team can manage.
Payments
Razorpay, PayU, Stripe and UAE gateways, with COD, EMI and wallet flows where relevant.
Shipping and logistics
Courier aggregator integrations, serviceability checks, tracking and returns.
Offers and promotions
Coupons, tiered discounts, bundles and cart rules with clear precedence logic.
Marketing readiness
Merchant Center feed, Meta catalogue, GA4 ecommerce events and abandoned-cart flows live at launch.
Where we do this
Travelzeego.com
Our own booking platform: search and availability, pricing and mark-up rules, supplier and payment integrations, and a B2B agent panel with wallets and credit limits. Every hard problem here is one we solved for ourselves first.
What we report on
The numbers we are judged on.
Conversion rate
Particularly on mobile, where most Indian traffic sits.
Cart abandonment recovery
Through CRM flows built during the project.
Operational hours saved
An admin your team is not fighting.
Questions
Before you enquire
Shopify, WooCommerce or custom?
Shopify for speed to market and low maintenance. WooCommerce for cost control on smaller catalogues. Custom only where business logic genuinely demands it — which is rarer than agencies suggest.
Can you migrate our existing store?
Yes, including catalogue, customers, orders and — importantly — URL redirects so you do not lose rankings.
Do you handle the marketing after launch?
Yes, and there is a real advantage to having the same team do both. But you are not obliged to.
