Before you enquire
The supplier's documentation is poor. Is that a problem?
It is normal. Most travel and logistics APIs are documented loosely. We work from the actual responses rather than the documentation.
Can you take over an integration someone else built?
Yes. We start with a review of what exists, since a rewrite is not always the right answer.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes, on a support retainer. Integrations need maintenance because partners change their APIs without much notice.
